The NZIHF is proud to host regional Youth Development Camps throughout each season.

These camps are available to all male and female players, born from 2006 through to 2017. Coaches will group players by appropriate age and level of experience.

Our aim is to provide New Zealand’s youth players with a FUN and age-appropriate on and off-ice training. Training in the camp is largely based off of USA Hockey’s use of small area skills and station work.

These camps are not designed for beginner skaters. It is expected that all participants, regardless of age, can adequately skate. If you are unsure then please speak with your club head coach prior to registering.

Dunedin - Friday 29th March - Monday 1st April 2024

Queenstown - Friday 31st May - Monday 3rd June  2024 (King's Birthday weekend)

Wellington - Friday 21st June - Sunday 23rd June 2024

Christchurch - Friday 9th August - Sunday 11h August 2024

Auckland - Friday 25th October - Monday 28th October 2024 (Labor Day weekend)
