Under 9 & 12
Our U9 and U12 program is intended for players of all levels born in 2014 to 2016 for U12 & 2017 and later for U9. It focuses on developing skating, puck handling, and teamwork through age-appropriate coaching and game-based learning.
Full gear hire is available for players in LTP / U9 / U12 programs and can be added during the registration process. (More information)
The program is guided by the Kiwi Ice Hockey School.

Our U9 & U12 program is offered during Terms 2 and 3, with training sessions available every Tuesday for players of all skill levels.
Players in the Learn to Play, U9, and U12 programs are invited to participate in the Super Heroes League on Thursdays. This league emphasizes fun and skill development through cross-ice 3-on-3 games.
The Southern Island Hockey League (SIHL) Tournaments are typically one-day events featuring a series of cross-ice 3-on-3 games. These tournaments are open to all players, regardless of experience. For more details, please contact your coach or program coordinator.
U9 and U12 players are eligible to participate in the IHNZ U9 & U12 Jamboree. Please note that this tournament involves an additional cost (to be announced). For more details, please contact your coach or program coordinator.
